Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
  • Lead people & culture function as a member of PSEB’s senior management, managing learning, leadership and human resources.
  • Build a high-performance, values-driven culture that attracts, develops and retains top talent for Pakistan’s IT/ITeS sector.
  • Manage the full talent journey: hiring, retention, performance management and growth.
  • Drive learning & development, succession planning, HR policies and compliance.
  • Act as senior HR advisor to the CEO and leadership on people, culture and change.
Minimum Qualifications At least 16 years of education with a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Management Sciences, Social Sciences or a related discipline. Higher qualifications and professional HR/OD certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD or equivalent) are an advantage. Degrees must be from HEC-recognized institutions.
Experience & Other Requirements 10+ years of progressive HR/organizational development leadership experience including at least 3 years in a senior HR role. Public-sector experience is valued; proven ability to implement performance culture, L&D, succession planning and compliant HR frameworks is required.
