Tender Notice – Procurement of Miscellaneous Goods, Services & Works | Police Training School Farooqabad

Issuer: Police Training School (PTS), Farooqabad. PTS invites e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the purchase/repair (Goods, Services & Works) of various miscellaneous items under framework contracts from well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, Punjab Revenue Authority and (for building works) Pakistan Engineering Council for the current financial year.

Scope: 19 procurement packages for miscellaneous categories including (but not limited to) office stationery, printing & publications, office furniture, computer stationery, store & paper items, uniform repair, repair & maintenance works, electrical works, repair of quarters and other buildings, plant & machinery, consumables and other purchasing items. Total estimated cost for all listed packages: PKR 58.335 million.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and Punjab Revenue Authority.
• For building-related packages, registration with Pakistan Engineering Council where applicable.
• Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR/Bank Draft drawn in favor of SP/Principal, PTS. The bid security shall be returned after finalization of the contract as per rule; performance/contract security requirements apply as specified in the bidding documents.
• Rates shall be inclusive of applicable GST/PST.

Submission & Opening:

• Bid submission deadline (e-Procurement): 2026-08-06 at 11:00 AM.
• Bid opening: 2026-08-06 at 11:30 AM at Police Training School, Farooqabad. If the day is a public holiday, opening will occur on the next working day.
• Physical submission: The bidding documents to the SP/Principal, PTS, Farooqabad as instructed in the e-Procurement portal. The bidding procedure shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelopes prescribed under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Other conditions: Incomplete, unsigned or late bids, or bids submitted by other than the specified method will not be considered. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 35 of the PPRs, 2014. The official e-Procurement portal and PPRA site will host the tender advertisement and any corrigenda.
