Sports Board Punjab Tender: Security Services for Nishtar Park Sports Complex, Lahore

Issuer: Sports Board Punjab (National Hockey Stadium, Lahore). Purpose: Provision of security services for the offices of Sports Board Punjab and sports facilities in Nishtar Park Sports Complex, Lahore under a framework contract (package-wise basis) using Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure.

Eligibility: Companies registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan and relevant registration and tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax etc.).

Estimated contract value: Rs. 18 Million (per annum). Bid security: 2% of estimated cost i.e. Rs. 360,000, payable in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order.

Submission method: Duly filled Technical & Financial proposals must be uploaded on the Punjab e-Procurement System website (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) on or before 2026-08-03 at 11:45 AM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 12:15 PM in the presence of bidders' representatives at the address of Sports Board Punjab.

Notes: Bidders must provide all information and meet mandatory requirements in the bidding document and obtain the qualifying score to be deemed responsive. If the closing day is an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk). Response time is calculated from the date of publication on the Punjab e-Procurement System website.
