PESSI MNCH Kot Lakhpat Lahore Tender — Framework Contracts for Medicines & Medical Supplies (2026-27)

PESSI Maternal, Newborn & Child Health Centre (MNCH), Kot Lakhpat, Ferozepur Road, Lahore invites bids through Punjab E-Procurement from manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, distributors, sole proprietors or AOPs registered on Punjab E-Procurement to conclude framework contracts for 2026-27 on FOR basis.

Key participation requirements and submission details:

• Bidders must have active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration and not be blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI.
• Bids submitted through Punjab E-Procurement only. E-bidding documents, specifications and instructions are available on PPRA, PESSI website and Punjab E-Procurement from date of publication.
• Single Stage - Two Envelopes bidding procedure (Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014). Technical and Financial proposals must be uploaded separately on Punjab E-Procurement in the prescribed format.
• Bid security must be submitted as per Punjab E-Procurement format before the closing date/time.
• Submission time on Punjab E-Procurement: by 11:00 AM on the respective tender date; opening at 11:30 AM on the same day.
• Procurement governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). The procuring agency may cancel the tender as per applicable PPRA rules.
