PESSI MNCH Kot Lakhpat Lahore — Framework Contracts Tender (E-Procurement) 2026-27

Issuer: PESSI Maternal, Newborn & Child Health Centre (MNCH), Kot Lakhpat, Ferozepur Road, Lahore. Medical Superintendent is the issuing authority. Bids are invited through Punjab E-Procurement for multiple framework contracts for the year 2026-27 on FOR basis.

Who may apply: Manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, distributors, sole proprietors, or AOPs registered on Punjab E-Procurement with active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration, established technical, financial and managerial credentials, and not blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI.

Bidding procedure and submission:

• Single Stage – Two Envelopes bidding procedure as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014.
• "Technical Proposal" and "Financial Proposal" must be uploaded separately on Punjab E-Procurement in the prescribed format.
• Bid security must be submitted as per the E-Procurement format before the closing date and time of the tender.
• Bids to be submitted on Punjab E-Procurement by 11:00 AM on the respective tender closing date; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
• Tender cancellation is possible at any stage as per Rule 36 of PPRA Rules 2014.
