Issuer: The Pakistan Mercantile Exchange Limited (PMEX), a technology-driven, web-based, decentralized multi-commodity exchange regulated by the SECP, is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation and increase PMEX's national and international visibility.

| Qualification | Master's degree from an HEC-recognized institution OR membership of a professional accounting body |
| Experience | Approximately 20 years of relevant experience; at least 5 years in a senior role as a direct report to CEO/MD, or at least 3 years serving as CEO/MD. Preferably in a regulated financial services entity. |
| Contract | Three (3) year contract (extendable); market-based salary and other perks and privileges commensurate with experience |
