Tender: Medicines for Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore

Directorate General Wildlife & Parks Punjab (Project: Establishment of State of the Art Wildlife Hospital, Safari Zoo, Lahore) invites electronic bids for procurement of medical equipment/medicines for the hospital. Bids must be submitted online through the eP system under a single-stage, two-envelope procedure.

Eligibility: Firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers engaged in trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax) are eligible to bid.

Key submission details:

- Submission method: Online only via the eP system. Manual bids will not be accepted.
- Bid security: 2% of the estimated price (to be submitted digitally through the eP system).
- Bids must be uploaded on or before 2026-08-10 at 13:00 (1:00 PM).
- Bid opening: 2026-08-10 at 13:30 (1:30 PM) via the eP system in the presence of the committee and any bidder or authorized representative who chooses to attend.
- Bidders may download and submit bids without paying any fee.
- Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or late bids will not be considered. If the submission day is an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
- Bid validity: 120 days from the last date of submission.

The department may reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance under Rule-35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders are responsible for timely electronic submission; the department is not responsible for submission delays.
