District Council Faisalabad invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from eligible, experienced, financially sound and tax-registered firms/contractors/suppliers for 17 Annual Framework Contracts for Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
Key submission details and instructions:
- Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-PS portal.
- Submission deadline (closing): 2026-08-22 at 11:30 AM (local time).
- Technical and financial bids will be opened on 2026-08-22 at 12:30 PM in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee and bidders or their authorized representatives.
- Bid security (earnest money) equal to 5% of the estimated/consolidated cost must be submitted through the Punjab e-PS. Physical instruments (Demand Drafts, Cheques, Bank Guarantees) will not be accepted unless otherwise stated in the e-Procurement requirements; cheques/Drafts/Gurantess not acceptable as per notice.
- Procurement will be carried out under Single Stage – Single Envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
- If the scheduled date is a public holiday, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
