NEPRA Auction: 2015 Toyota Fortuner (GAA-919) — Bids by 2026-08-04

Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). NEPRA invites sealed bids for sale of the following vehicle on an "As is Where is" basis.

Inspection: Vehicle can be inspected during office hours (10:00 to 16:00) on working days until 2026-08-03.

Bid security: A refundable bank draft/pay order of Rs. 50,000 must be attached as bid security in favour of NEPRA.

Submission requirements: Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and include the bid security, a copy of the bidder's CNIC, and contact number. Bids must reach the NEPRA office by 11:00 hrs on 2026-08-04; bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs in the presence of attending bidders.

Post-award conditions: Successful bidder must pay the full bid amount and applicable taxes under section 236(A) of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001, and pay other taxes as per prevailing government rules. The vehicle must be picked up within three days after bid opening; failure to do so will result in cancellation and forfeiture of bid security. The buyer is responsible for registration, documentation fees, and transfer of ownership within 15 days.

NEPRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
