NEPRA Auction: Toyota Fortuner 2015 (Reg. GAA-919) – Bid by 2026-08-04

Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). NEPRA invites sealed bids for sale of a vehicle on an "As is Where is" basis.

Inspection: The vehicle can be inspected during office hours (10:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.) on working days until 2026-08-03.

Bid security: A refundable bank draft/pay order of Rs. 50,000 in favour of NEPRA must be attached with the bid.

Submission requirements: Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope and include a copy of the bidder's CNIC, contact number, and the bid security.

Deadline & opening: Bids must reach NEPRA Office on or before 11:00 hrs on 2026-08-04. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders available at opening.

Payment & transfer conditions: The successful bidder must pay the full bid amount and taxes under Section 236(A) of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, and collect the vehicle within three days after bid opening, otherwise the bid will be cancelled and the bid security forfeited. The successful bidder is responsible for registration/documentation fees and taxes and must get the vehicle transferred in their name within 15 days.

Other conditions: NEPRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
