Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites E-Bids for disposal of used vehicles on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis. Bids will be received and opened at the office of the Chief Engineer (Material Management), IESCO Head Quarters, Islamabad.

Key actions & requirements
• Submission: Only E-Bids via the E-PADS (E-PADs) online portal; bidders must upload all mandatory documents.
• Bid security: Submit original earnest money / bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in favour of Chief Executive Officer, IESCO Islamabad, before bid opening.
• Inspection: Vehicles can be inspected at IESCO Motor Pool near 132 kV Grid Station Rawat / Kashmir Chowk, Islamabad during office hours until 2026-07-31.
• Validity & payments: Bids remain valid for 120 days from bid opening. Successful bidder shall deposit the full accepted amount within 10 working days of issuance of Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and lift the vehicle within 15 working days of the Release Order.
• Taxes & compliance: Applicable taxes (e.g., GST and withholding income tax) as per law are payable by the bidder. FBR registration may be mandatory for participation.
• Documents: Bidders must submit/upload a signed undertaking on Rs.100 judicial stamp paper (Annexure-A) and sealed bid security before bid closing time.
• Rights: IESCO reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel the disposal/tender in whole or in part.
Submission deadline & opening: E-Bids received up to 10:30 AM on 2026-08-03; public opening at 11:00 AM on 2026-08-03.
