USC (Ref D10340) E-Auction of Furniture & Fixed Assets via EPADS 2.0

Issuer: Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd (USC), Ministry of Industries & Production. Purpose: Public e-auction of various furniture and fixed assets (tables, chairs, fans, etc.) on an "as is where is" basis through EPADS 2.0 (Ref # D10340).

Key dates and procedure:

• Auction listings available on EPADS 2.0 from 2026-07-17 to 09:00 AM on 2026-08-04.
• Open e-auction will be held/started at 12:00 PM on 2026-08-04 and awarded to the highest offered bidder (subject to reserve price) via EPADS 2.0.
• Earnest money: Every participant must submit a Demand Draft / Pay Order equal to the earnest money shown on EPADS in favor of Utility Stores Corporation of Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd, with CNIC, by 04:00 PM on 2026-08-03. The DD/PO acts as security and will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after award.

Eligibility and conditions:

• Open to Pakistani nationals with a valid NADRA CNIC, NTN and GST holders. Government defaulters and government servants are excluded. Companies may participate through authorized representatives.
• Winners pay for actual quantity. Quantities listed on EPADS are estimates and not final. Successful bidders are responsible for collection/lifting of all items from the designated locations as per schedules posted on EPADS 2.0.
