How to obtain documents: Tender documents are available during working hours (0900 hrs to 1500 hrs), Monday to Friday, from the office of the undersigned. Issuance of tender documents closes one day prior to the opening date.

Bid security: 2% of bid value in the form of CDR, payable in favour of Principal Accounts Officer NIAB, must be submitted with the bid. Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope with the tender number clearly marked.

Submission requirements: Submit two copies of the BOQ (one original and one photocopy), both sealed, pre-signed and stamped, with the name of the work on the envelope. Rates must be written in figures and words in separate columns; in case of conflict, the rate in words will prevail. Incomplete proposals/bids may be treated as non-responsive. The procuring authority may reject any or all bids prior to acceptance.
