NEPRA Vehicle Auction: 2015 Toyota Fortuner (Reg. GAA-919) - Bids due 2026-08-04

Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). NEPRA invites sealed bids for the sale of a vehicle on an "As is Where is" basis.

Inspection: The vehicle can be inspected during office hours between 10:00 a.m. and 04:00 p.m. on working days until August 03, 2025.

Bid security: A bank draft/pay order of Rs. 50,000/- (refundable) in favour of NEPRA must be attached as bid security with the bid.

Submission requirements: Bids must be submitted in an envelope and include the bid security, a copy of the bidder's CNIC, and a contact number. Bids must reach NEPRA Office on or before 1100 hrs on August 04, 2026; bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of bidders available at opening.

Payment, taxes and transfer: The successful bidder must pay the full bid amount and taxes under section 236(A) of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001, and pick up the vehicle within three days after bid opening (failure will result in cancellation and forfeiture of bid security). The successful bidder is responsible for registration/documentation fees and taxes and must transfer the vehicle into their name within 15 days.

Right to reject: NEPRA reserves the right to accept/reject any or all quotations as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
