Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO), Project Director (Construction), MEPCO Limited, Multan.
MEPCO invites electronic bids from firms registered and approved with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) (renewed for 2026-27) having specialization codes EE-04, EE-05 and CE-10 for the works listed below. Only electronic bids submitted through EPDAS (e-procurement) will be accepted. Bidding documents, conditions and BOQs are available for download from the PPRA/EPDAS portal.
Key submission details:
- Submission deadline (last date & time): 2026-07-30 at 11:00 AM.
- Bid opening: 2026-07-30 at 02:30 PM (same day) in the presence of Bid Opening Committee and attending bidders.
- Bid security: 2% of quoted amount in the form of a CDR (without validity limit) to be deposited in the office of AM (Accounts), Project Director (Construction), MEPCO HQ, Khanewal Road, Multan before the bid submission deadline. Each tender requires a separate application on company letterhead and separate bid security.
- Only electronic bids via EPDAS will be accepted; manual bids will not be entertained.
- Contractors already engaged with PD Construction MEPCO must upload satisfactory performance & completion certificates; fresh bidders must provide documentary evidence of relevant experience and satisfactory performance.
