The District Education Officer (ES&HS), District South Karachi, has issued an amendment to Paragraph 3 of the tenancy agreement recorded in the Minutes dated 03-08-2000 and 26-02-2025. Subject to the Sindh Rented Premises law, the amendment revises the rent escalation for leased shops.
The monthly rent for each shop shall be increased by ten percent (10%) after the completion of each tenancy year and shall continue to rise by 10% every year. This amendment is effective from 2026-07-01. Issued by Imtiaz Ali Bughio, District Education Officer (ES&HS), District South, Karachi.
