NEPRA Vehicle Auction: 2015 Toyota Fortuner (Reg GAA-919)

Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). NEPRA invites sealed bids for the sale of a vehicle on an "As is Where is" basis. Inspection, submission, payment and transfer conditions are listed below.

Inspection: Office hours 10:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. on working days until 2026-08-03.

Bid security: Bank draft/pay order of Rs. 50,000/- (refundable) in favour of NEPRA must be attached with the bid.

Submission: Bids must be submitted in an envelope and include a copy of bidder's CNIC, contact number and bid security. Bids must reach the NEPRA Office on or before 1100 hrs on 2026-08-04. Opening: Bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hrs in the presence of bidders available at the time of opening.

Payment & collection: Successful bidder must pay full bid amount and taxes under section 236(A) of Income Tax Ordinance 2001 and pick up the vehicle within three days after bid opening, otherwise the bid will be cancelled and bid security forfeited. Successful bidder is responsible for registration/documentation fees and taxes and must transfer the vehicle into their name within 15 days.

Other conditions: NEPRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
