NEPRA Auction: Toyota Fortuner (2015) – Reg. GAA-919

Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). NEPRA invites sealed bids for sale of the following vehicle on an "As is Where is" basis.

Inspection: Vehicle can be inspected during office hours (10:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.) on working days until 2026-08-03.

Bid security: Bank draft/pay order of Rs. 50,000/- (refundable) in favour of NEPRA must be attached with the bid.

Submission requirements: Bids must be submitted in an envelope and include a copy of the bidder's CNIC, contact number, and the bid security.

Deadline and opening: Bids must reach the NEPRA Office on or before 11:00 hrs on 2026-08-04. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders available at opening.

Payment and collection: The successful bidder must pay the full bid amount and applicable taxes under section 236(A) of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, and collect the vehicle within three days after bid opening; failure to do so will result in cancellation of the bid and forfeiture of the bid security.

Registration and fees: The successful bidder is responsible for payment of registration/documentation fees and taxes and must have the vehicle transferred into their name within 15 days.

Other conditions: NEPRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
