Tender: Construction of Conference & Power Supply Rooms for Traffic Signals — Chief Minister Package for Quetta

Issuer: Project Director, Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development. Procurement under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Tender fee: PKR 1,000 (processing fee in account No. CO2716; head: PD, CMPOD). Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank, payable in the name of the undersigned.

Eligibility/requirements (as stated in notice): presence on the Active Taxpayer List; bidder must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required. The bidding firm must have completed two assignments of similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity, including turnover of at least PKR 310,000,000 in previous years. The notice also specifies completion of one IT works project with a cost threshold of at least PKR 100,000,000 and one building works project with a cost threshold of at least PKR 200,000,000.

Procedure: Single-Stage Two-Envelope bidding. Bids must include the required bid security. Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard on the EPPS. Tender opening will be on the same day on the EPPS.
