World Bank EDEIP (P170230) — Early Market Engagement for Aerial Bundle Cable Supply & Installation (PESCO Peshawar & KPK)

Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) — Project Management Unit (Chief Engineer Development) under the World Bank-funded Electricity Distribution Efficiency Improvement Project (EDEIP), Project ID: P170230.

Purpose: Conduct an Early Market Engagement (EME) to inform and receive feedback from manufacturers, suppliers, traders and other market participants on the proposed procurement for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Aerial Bundle Cable (ABC) and associated materials for PESCO Peshawar and Khyber Operation Circles (KPK).

Scope (summary): Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a range of AA alloy XLPE ABC cables (multiple 4-core sizes) and associated accessories and materials including insulated piercing connectors, insulated compression lugs, tension clamps, suspension clamps, protective end caps, transformer ABC connection items, bolts, galvanized steel fittings, HT/LT structures, meter frames and related items. Principal cable sizes referenced include 3x120+1x120 mm2, 3x95+1x95 mm2, 3x50+1x50 mm2, 3x35+1x35 mm2, 3x16+1x16 mm2 and 3x10+1x10 mm2 (meters quantities shown in the published BOQ).
