NEPRA Auction: 2015 Toyota Fortuner (GAA-919) — Bid by 2025-08-04

Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). NEPRA invites sealed bids for sale of a vehicle on an “As is Where is” basis. Bids must reach the NEPRA office by the stated deadline and will be opened publicly.

Inspection: The vehicle can be inspected during office hours (10:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.) on working days until August 03, 2026.

Bid security & submission requirements:

• A refundable bank draft/pay order of Rs. 50,000 in favor of NEPRA must be attached as bid security.
• Bids must be submitted in an envelope and include a copy of the bidder’s CNIC and a contact number.
• Submission address: NEPRA Tower, Attaturk Avenue (East), G-5/1, Islamabad.

Deadlines & opening:

• Submission deadline: on or before 11:00 hrs on 2025-08-04.
• Bid opening: 11:30 hrs on 2025-08-04 (bidders present at opening may attend).

Payment, taxes & transfer:

• The successful bidder must pay the full bid amount and taxes under section 236(A) of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, and collect the vehicle within three days after bid opening; failure will result in cancellation and forfeiture of bid security.
• The successful bidder is responsible for registration/documentation fees, taxes, and arranging vehicle transfer into their name within 15 days.
• NEPRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations as per Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
