E-Bids Invitation — DHQ (Cat. A) Hospital Khar, Bajaur for Medical Supplies & Services 2026-27

Medical Superintendent, DHQ (Category “A”) Hospital Khar, Bajaur invites e-bids under National Competitive Bidding for the year 2026-27 for local purchases, services and supplies. Sealed bids and required bid security (CDR) amounts are specified below. Bids must be submitted through the KP e-procurement portal before the stated closing date and time; physical documents/required originals must reach the Medical Superintendent’s office by courier as indicated.

Key instructions & conditions:

- Bidders must apply through the KP e-procure portal (https://kpprocure.gov.pk) before the closing date and time; late or non-portal submissions will be treated as non-responsive.

- Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable, and should reach the Medical Superintendent’s office via registered courier by the physical deadline.

- Bid documents containing full terms, conditions and instructions can be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Khar, Bajaur.

- Bids will be opened in the presence of the purchase committee and bidders or their representatives on the same day at the time indicated.

- Rates must remain valid until 2027-06-30. Rates under the Sehat Sahulat program must remain valid until 2028-06-30.

- Bidders must furnish bid security in the form and amounts shown above (CDR). Technical and financial documents should be submitted in separate sealed envelopes as required by the bidding procedure.

- Specific eligibility notes: medicine suppliers must meet drug sale license requirements; pharmacist requirements apply where specified. The Medical Superintendent reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per applicable procurement rules.
