Issuer: University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore.
Purpose: Candidates intending to appear in the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT-2026) must produce original, valid identity documents at the examination centre for entry. The MDCAT-2026 is scheduled for 16 August 2026.

Additional requirements: Biometric verification of candidates will be conducted at the examination centres; only the original accepted documents (CNIC, Juvenile ID/Smart Card, or original valid Passport where applicable) will be admitted for biometric and identity checks. Photocopies, scanned copies, digital images, laminated copies, expired identity documents, or any other substitute documents will not be accepted and may result in denial of entry to the examination hall.
Failure to produce the prescribed original valid identity document from NADRA at the examination centre will result in refusal of entry.
