Tender TN-028 & TN-029/2026 – Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Passenger and Cargo Lifts (Chashma)

Issuer: A Public Sector Organization (Manager/CMD). Sealed tenders are invited from pre-qualified/enlisted and security-cleared Mechanical Works Contractors for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of lifts at Chashma. Tender documents are available from the issuing office in Islamabad during working hours (0900–1600, Monday–Friday).

Important instructions:

- Fixed bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks of Pakistan. If submitting a Bank Guarantee it must have an expiry of at least 6 months from the date of bid opening.

- Bid security must be enclosed in a separate sealed envelope clearly marked with the tender number and bidder name.

- Two copies of the BOQ (original + one photocopy) shall be submitted; both must be sealed, pre-signed and stamped. Rates should be written in figures and words; in case of conflict, the quoted words will prevail.

- Tender documents must be submitted one day prior to the opening date/time shown above. Tenders will not be issued or accepted by post/courier/telegraphic means.

- The procuring authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules.
