Tender: Flood Protection, Check Dams & Canal Patrol Roads — Paharpur Irrigation Division (D.I. Khan)

Issuer: Office of the Executive Engineer, Paharpur Irrigation Division, D.I. Khan. Competitive e-bids are invited through the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa EPADS (e-procurement) system for construction of flood protection works, irrigation channel/check dams and canal patrol roads in southern districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Lakki Marwat, Tank and D.I. Khan) under ADP No. 2133/251498 (2025-26).

Eligibility: Bidders must be approved contractors of the Irrigation Department registered on EPADS, have renewed registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (as per RPKRA Rules 2014), and hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence for the relevant financial year (2025-26). Required PEC category for listed packages: C-6 and above.

How to Bid: Submit electronic bids (upload bids, CDRs & required documents) via the KP e-procure portal: https://kpp.eprocure.gov.pk/. Bid security (as Call Deposit Receipt) in favour of Executive Engineer, Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I. Khan must be submitted as specified in the e-bidding terms. Incomplete or late submissions will be rejected.
