Riaz Ahmad, son of the late Muhammad Ashfaq, issues this sworn public notice that Muhammad Ashfaq died on 1999-08-13. The declared lawful heirs are Tahir, Faizan, Asrar Ahmad, Riaz Ahmad, Nishat Ahmad, Ehtisham Ahmad and Zair Ahmad (J); no other heirs are claimed.

Anyone with a bona fide claim should contact the office of the Sub-Registrar/Tehsildar in person within the prescribed period; no claims or excuses will be accepted afterward. Issuer is resident of Sefaid Sang, Peshawar.
