BOP Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of Multiple Branches – Bid Deadline 2026-07-28

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab (Head Centralized Procurement)

Purpose: Hiring contractors for renovation works at multiple BOP branches.

How to obtain bid documents: Bid documents are immediately available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and on the PPRA website after publication.

Submission method: Bids must be uploaded/submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal only (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk).

Deadlines & opening: Bids must be uploaded/submitted by 2026-07-28 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day (2026-07-28) at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a later date/time to be announced subsequently.

Bid security: 2% of the estimated cost to be paid/submitted through 1Links / Bank Guarantee digitally via generated PSID Number in favor of The Bank of the Punjab on or before 2026-07-28 by 11:00 am.

Price & taxes: Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.

Eligibility & documents: Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.

Notes: This Tender Notice is uploaded on the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk), BOP (www.bop.com.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement System. The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of documents. Complaints can be filed via SBP's 'Sunwai' service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
