Office of the Municipal Committee, Burewala (Tender No. 1296/MC(B), Dated: 2026-07-17) invites electronic bids (E-Bids) from registered contractors/firms/manufacturers/authorized dealers on Punjab e-Procurement (E-PADS) system for the following schemes. All bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System and accompanied by 5% bid security of the estimated cost as detailed below. No physical bid security will be accepted.

Complete e-bids must be uploaded in PDF format on the Punjab e-Procurement System: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/eproc/login. Bidders must be registered on e-PADS and, where applicable, with FBR, PRA (NTN and PNTN) and PPRA for e-Procurement categories.
Other important instructions:
- Bid security must be 5% of the estimated cost and submitted electronically; physical bid security instruments will not be accepted.
- Single-stage single-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. Conditional tenders will not be accepted.
- If the last date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be considered the last date for submission.
- Bids shall remain valid for 120 days from the date of opening.
