Issuer: Regional Police Officer, Sheikhupura Region at Lahore. Invitation for bids through e-Procurement for purchase/repair of miscellaneous items for financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders: manufacturers, authorized sales & service dealers. Bidding will be conducted under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – One Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended). Documents must be uploaded/submitted through the e-Procurement portal. Bids must be accompanied by bid security (as table below) in the form of CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.
Key procedural notes: Bidding documents are available via the e-Procurement system and PPRA website. Bids must be submitted/uploaded by 13 August 2026 until 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened via e-Procurement in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives on 2026-08-13 at 01:00 PM in the Office of the Regional Police Officer, Sheikhupura Region at Lahore.
