Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO), Material Management. SEPCO invites sealed/electronic bids (item-wise) from eligible printing firms/suppliers for printing Electricity Consumer Bill forms via EPADS Version 2.0 on an FCS basis (free delivery to consignee's stores). Procurement will follow PPRA Rule 36(a) under the Single Stage–One Envelope Procedure.
Key eligibility and submission requirements:
- Open to registered and non-registered firms that meet the eligibility criteria. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and be listed on FBR's Active Taxpayers List (ATL).
- All bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS v2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. A tutorial is available via the referenced YouTube link.
- Bid security as specified in the bidding documents must accompany bids in the form of Bank Guarantee / CDR / Banker Cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Chief Executive Officer SEPCO Sukkur.
- Bid validity: 90 days. Bank instrument must remain valid for an additional 28 days beyond the validity period.
