NIT: Operation & Supply Contracts — Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College, Ismaila (Swabi)

Issuer: Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College, Ismaila, Swabi. Sealed bids are invited from eligible, registered and financially sound firms/contractors/suppliers under Single Stage – Single Envelope Procedure in accordance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Rules, 2014 (as amended) for procurements/services for the Financial Year 2026-27.

How to obtain tender documents: Tender documents containing detailed specifications, eligibility and evaluation criteria, terms and conditions can be obtained from the Office of Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College, Ismaila, Swabi during office hours upon payment of a non-refundable Tender Fee of Rs. 5,000 per bid.

Submission & opening:

• Sealed and signed bids must be submitted to the Vice Principal of Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College, Ismaila, Swabi on or before 10:30 AM on 2026-08-06.
• Bids will be opened in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee at 11:30 AM on 2026-08-06.

Bid security and eligibility:

• Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 100,000 (Rupees One Hundred Thousand only) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order or Bank Draft issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Principal, Karnal Sher Khan Cadet College, Ismaila, Swabi. Bids not accompanied by the prescribed Bid Security will be rejected as non-responsive.
• Only firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), possessing a valid Active National Tax Number (NTN), valid Sales Tax Registration Number (where applicable) and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR at the time of bid submission are eligible to participate.
• Bidders must submit an affidavit on stamp paper affirming they have not been blacklisted by any Federal/Provincial Government Department, Autonomous Body, Semi-Government Organization or Public Sector Organization.

Other conditions: The Procuring Entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept or reject a bid at any stage prior to acceptance in accordance with KPPRA Rules, 2014. Conditions contained in the respective bidding documents will apply.
