How to obtain documents and submit bids:
- Bidding documents, specifications and tender notice are available on the PPRA website and the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Documents may also be obtained from the office of the Director General, PTGD.
- Bidders must submit online e-Bids via the Punjab e-Procurement System and also deliver the original bid security (CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft) in a sealed envelope marked with the Tender Title to the office of the Director General, PTGD, before the stated submission deadline. E-bids lacking the original physical bid security will be rejected.
- The Director General reserves the right to increase quantities up to 15% as per PPRA Rules, 2014; applicable Income Tax/GST will be deducted as per government rules. The competent authority may accept or reject bids per PPRA procedures.
