Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO)
Purpose: SEPCO invites sealed/electronic item-wise bids from eligible printing firms/suppliers for the printing of electricity consumer bill forms through EPADS Version 2.0 (e-tendering) on an FCS basis (free delivery to consignee’s stores).
Procurement Method: PPRA Rule 36(a) – Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure on FCS basis. Delivery to SEPCO Regional Stores Rohri & Larkana.
Eligibility & Registration: Firms registered with WAPDA/DISCOs/GENCOs/NGOs may participate; bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidders must submit electronic bids via EPADS v2.0.
Submission & Opening: Submission Deadline: 2026-07-29 at 10:30 AM. Opening Date & Time: 2026-07-29 at 11:00 AM (same day) on EPADS v2.0.

Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0 and the original must reach the Procuring Agency before closing time. Bid validity: 90 days; bank instrument to remain valid additional 28 days beyond validity.
