How to obtain bidding documents: Collect from Design & Contract (D&C) Directorate, DHA City Karachi (KM 50, Motorway M-9, Post Code 75340) during working hours from 2026-07-09 on submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed tender fee (pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi) and production of valid PEC registration certificate.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-17 at 11:30 hrs in the Main Conference Room, DHAC, Karachi.
Bid security: In the form of Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee / CDR in favor of DHA City Karachi equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost (as specified in bidding documents).
Submission & opening: Sealed bids must be delivered to D&C Directorate, DHA City Karachi on or before 2026-07-24 by 11:00 hrs. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hrs in the presence of bidders' representatives. Incomplete, conditional or late bids will not be entertained.
Notes: DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per prevailing rules. Ensure all eligibility documents, tax status and PEC credentials are valid at time of submission.
