Health & Population Department Punjab — Invitation for E-Bids for Procurement of Various Items (FY 2026-27)

Procurement Cell, Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab (24-Cooper Road, Lahore) invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of various items (Drugs/Medicines/Devices, Goods & Services etc.) for procuring agencies under the administrative control of H&PD on a framework contract basis for FY 2026-27.

Key instructions and requirements:

- Bidding documents and specifications are available for free download on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the Directorate General Health Services Punjab website (www.dghs.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk).

- Bids will be evaluated under Single Stage – Two Envelopes procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Bidders must quote competitive prices on a delivered duty paid basis at the consignee’s end and follow specifications in the bidding documents.

- Original bid security (Bank Guarantee/CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft/Call Deposit) in favor of Directorate General Health Services Punjab must be submitted physically as required by the bidding documents. - All procurement actions (receiving, opening, evaluation) will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended).
