TMA E-Auction Notice for Municipal Properties (FY 2026-27)

Office: Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA)

Purpose: Online e-auction of municipal commercial properties/slots for the fiscal year 2026–27. Interested bidders must register and submit bids online at the E-Auction portal: eauction.lcbpk.gov.pk.

Important dates: E-Auction period runs from 2026-07-27 to 2026-07-31. (Final closing date: 2026-07-31.)

Payment & eligibility: An earnest/bid security of 5% of the advertised bid amount is required to participate. The successful bidder must deposit the specified further amount (10% as stated in the notice) within the given time. Defaulting bidders will be treated as defaulters by TMA as per terms. Full terms, conditions, and schedule of rates are available on the e-auction portal and at the TMA office.
