How to obtain bidding documents: Available from Design & Contract Directorate, DHA City Karachi, KM-50 Motorway M-9 (Post Code 75340) during working hours from 2026-07-10 on submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed non-refundable bid document fee (pay order in favor of DHA City Karachi) and production of valid PEC registration certificate.
Pre-bid meeting: 2026-07-20 at 1130 hours in the Main Conference Room, DHAC, Karachi.
Bid security: To be provided as Demand Draft / Pay Order / Bank Guarantee on prescribed format in the name of DHA City Karachi equivalent to 2% of the bid amount and must be submitted with the bid.
Submission and opening: Sealed bids must be delivered to D&C Directorate, DHA City Karachi on or before 2026-07-27 by 1100 hours. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1130 hours in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified firms will be opened later and intimated accordingly.
Additional notes: Incomplete or deficient bids may be rejected. DHA City Karachi reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bid(s) under applicable rules and regulations.
