Valid FBR registration and listing on Active Taxpayer List (ATL); updated PEC registration in Category C-6 for the current year; valid Professional Tax Certificate; copy of CNIC of owner(s); original bid security in hard form; affidavits on stamp paper (ownership of firm on Rs.200/- stamp and no blacklisting/no pending litigation on Rs.500/- stamp).
Important Notes: Bid security must be in the form of Pay Order / Bank Draft in favor of "Pakistan Airports Authority." PAA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders per PPRA rules. Dishonored or fake financial instruments may result in blacklisting and legal action.
