IBL HealthCare Limited — Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (Karachi)

Issuer: IBL HealthCare Limited. Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of shareholders to be held in Karachi and via video conferencing.

Purpose: To transact the business set out in the notice including ordinary business items: confirmation of the minutes of the previous annual general meeting held on October 28, 2025, and the election of seven (7) directors in accordance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act.
