SEPCO Sukkur Invitation to E-Bids for Printing Electricity Consumer Bill Forms — Tender Closing 2026-07-29

Issuer: Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO), Sukkur. SEPCO invites sealed/electronic bids (item-wise) from eligible printing firms, suppliers and bidders for printing Electricity Consumer Bill forms on an FCS basis with free delivery to consignee's stores. Procurement will be carried out under PPRA Rule 36(a) using the Single Stage–One Envelope Procedure on EPADS v2.0.

Eligibility and key instructions: Bidders must meet eligibility criteria in bidding documents, be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Printing may be done by WAPDA/DISCOs/GENCOs/NGC registered and non-registered firms subject to eligibility requirements. All bids must be submitted via EPADS v2.0. Bid validity: 90 days (bank instrument shall remain valid for an additional 28 days). Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS v2.0 and original bid security submitted to the Procuring Agency before bid closing. Electronic bids must be accompanied by fixed bid security as per bidding documents in favor of Chief Executive Officer SEPCO Sukkur (Bank Guarantee/CDR/Banker Cheque from scheduled bank of Pakistan). Manual bids will not be accepted.
