The Hon'ble Court of the Special Judge (Customs, Taxation & Anti-Smuggling-I), Karachi, has issued a proclamation requiring accused Mir Ahmed S/O Abdul Aziz (CNIC 51602-4956800-7), R/O Kali Parang, Post Office Wali Khan, Karaz Noor Muhammad, Tehsil and District Mastung, to appear in Special Case No. 03/2020 arising from FIR No. ASO-821/2019-HQ, PS Customs, Karachi, on allegations of smuggling.
The accused is required to appear on 2026-08-05 at 09:00 AM before the court to answer the complaint. The proclamation was issued by the Special Judge, Special Court (Customs & Taxation-1), Karachi, on 2026-07-06.
