Government of Balochistan, Planning & Development Department invites applications for contract-based positions for the establishment of an independent CSR/MRS Wing in Balochistan. Selected appointments are on a contract basis initially for a period of two years (extendable subject to satisfactory performance). Preference will be given to candidates domiciled in Balochistan. Government servants must apply through proper channel with NOC. No TA/DA will be admissible.

Knowledge of engineering standardization and best practices; minimum 10 years’ relevant experience on public sector development projects (XEN level). Understanding of CSR/MRS technical requirements. |
| Assistant Engineer (Civil) | — | 01 | 25-55 | BE (Civil) from a recognized university. Knowledge of engineering practices and project standards. Experience with CSR/MRS tasks and technical MRS updating will be considered an asset. |
| Assistant Engineer (Electrical) | — | 01 | 25-55 | BE (Electrical / Solar) from a recognized university. Knowledge of electrical engineering standards, efficient/economic design. Experience with CSR/MRS tasks and technical MRS updating is desirable. |
| Computer Programmer (IT Expert) | — | 01 | 25-55 | At least a 4-year BS/Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT from a recognized university. Strong knowledge of databases, web development and MIS. Experience with CSR/MRS data management and technical updating preferred. |
