Peshawar High Court Stationery Tender (E-PAD) – Supply of Stationery Items

Registrar, Peshawar High Court invites sealed tenders through the E-PAD system from registered firms/suppliers for the supply of stationery items for Peshawar High Court, Peshawar. Tender documents and specifications are available from the Office of the Incharge Stationery Clerk during office hours or from the Peshawar High Court and KPPRA websites.

Important instructions:

- Tenders must be submitted only through E-PAD. Late bids received after the specified date/time will not be entertained.

- Tenders must be accompanied by a call deposit as earnest money equal to 2% of the total bid amount in the name of Registrar, Peshawar High Court, Peshawar.

- Sales Tax Registration Number and Bank Account Number must be indicated in the tender.

- The successful bidder will be required to deposit security as per the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works & Services Rules, 2014, and must supply items within 15 days of issue of the supply order. Prescribed taxes will be deducted as applicable. Failure to supply within the stipulated period or supplying substandard items will result in forfeiture of earnest money/call deposit.

- The court reserves the right to reject any bid prior to award of the contract by assigning a reason.
