Sukkur IBA University Re-Tender: Supply & Installation of Air Conditioning Works at Main Campus Masjid

Issuer: Sukkur IBA University. Sukkur IBA invites sealed e-tenders (Re-Tender) through EPADS for the supply and installation of air conditioning works at the Masjid, Main Campus.

Mandatory eligibility highlights: valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license category C-6 or above with specialized code ME-01; active registration for Income Tax and Sales Tax; average annual turnover (per FBR tax returns) over the last five years equal to or greater than the estimated cost; affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming no litigation/blacklisting and no involvement in corrupt or fraudulent practices. Bids not accompanied by required bid security, conditional bids, late bids, or bids from blacklisted firms will be rejected.

Submission method: All bidding documents to be obtained and submitted electronically through the EPADS e-procurement system. Bidders must quote final Best and Final Price; no negotiations permitted.
