Application submission is via HR Department MTI-HMC, Peshawar with Bank Draft / Payment Order in favour of Hospital Director MTI-HMC, or by direct deposit at Bank of Khyber, HMC Branch. Prescribed fee: PKR 1,000/- (non-refundable) for S.No. 01-02.
Documents Required: Complete bio-data, academic and experience/certificate documents, two recent photographs, and attested CNIC photocopy. All documents must be submitted within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement on the prescribed application form.
