Procurement Type: Procurement of Small Works — Single Stage One-Envelope Process. The Project Management Unit (PMU) KPEC invites sealed bids from eligible contractors/firms for conservation, preservation, restoration and development works at Jammud/Jamrud Fort, District Khyber. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots; evaluation and awards will be made on a lot-wise basis.

Bid Documents: Available 09:00–17:00 hours from the Office of the Directorate General of Archaeology & Museum (DGAM), Peshawar Museum, Engineering Wing, Peshawar Cantt. Bidding documents can be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of PKR 5,000 (non-refundable).

Pre-Bid Meeting: July 14, 2026 at 11:30 hours in the office of the Senior Archaeological Engineer, Directorate General of Archaeology & Museum, Peshawar Museum, Engineering Wing, Peshawar Cantt.

Bid Submission: Sealed bids must be delivered to the office of the DGAM (Peshawar Museum, Engineering Wing, Peshawar Cantt) by July 23, 2026. Electronic bids will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.

Bid Security: Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security of PKR 500,000 per lot in the form of an irrevocable unconditional Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan or a call deposit receipt (CDR).
