Karachi Metropolitan University Tender Notice – Janitorial Services & Office Stationery (Closing 2026-08-18)

Karachi Metropolitan University (KMU) invites sealed bids through E-Procurement/EPADs from reputed firms registered and active with applicable tax authorities (NTN & SRB) with relevant experience and capabilities for the following procurements. Bids must be submitted online via the EPADs/e-procurement system by the deadlines below.

How to obtain tender documents: Tender documents are available during office hours on payment of the non-refundable tender fee (PKR 3,000 each) in the form of a pay order in favor of Karachi Metropolitan University from the Office of the Procurement Department. Documents may also be downloaded from KMU's official website or accessed via the SPPRA/EPADs portal.

Submission & eligibility: Bids must be submitted online on the EPADs/e-procurement system. Bidders must be registered with NTN & SRB and provide relevant experience. Valid certificates of NTN & SRB and other required documents must be uploaded where applicable. Incomplete technical or financial proposals, or bids not meeting prescribed requirements, will be rejected.

Bid security & other conditions: Bid security as specified (pay order/bank demand draft in favor of Karachi Metropolitan University) must be furnished. The procurement will follow SPPRA rules and the specified tender procedures. Tenders will be opened by the Procurement Committee in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives as per rules. All applicable federal/provincial/local taxes must be borne by the bidder/supplier.
