Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB), Lahore invites sealed bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure from reputable firms/companies having at least five (05) years of relevant experience. Eligible bidders must be duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C6 (or above) and/or enlisted with ETPB in the relevant category, valid for year 2025-26. Bidding documents will be issued on written application on the firm’s letterhead accompanied by attested copies of CNIC, ATL of FBR and PEC license or ETPB enlistment. All bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of Call Deposit in favour of ETP Board, Lahore. Sealed bids must be dropped in the tender box at the office of the undersigned by 2026-08-12 before 02:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
