The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) invites applications for Islamabad-based positions in the Information Security Department (ISD). Appointments are on a contract basis for an initial term of three (3) years, extendable based on organizational needs and performance. Candidates with relevant qualifications and proven experience in cybersecurity, information security, SOC operations, and CERT/assessment functions are encouraged to apply.

Strong knowledge/experience in Network Security, VAPT, Security Architecture, VAPT, SSDLC, Supply Chain Security, Security Policies, Procedures & Frameworks, Firewalls, Proxy, PAM, DLP, MFA, and SOC-related technologies. | Maximum 45 years as of closing date for submission of applications. |
| Joint Director SOC (1 post) | Master's/Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute. | Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in IT, Information Security or SOC operations, including at least 6 years in SOC operations and a minimum of 3 years as head of SOC function. Practical SOC management experience and familiarity with SOC tools/processes required. | Maximum 45 years as of closing date for submission of applications. |
| Additional Joint Director / Deputy Director / Assistant Director — Cybersecurity Assessment & CERT Specialist (1 post) | Master's/Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline from an HEC-recognized university/institute. | Post-qualification experience depending on level: Additional Joint Director — typically higher senior experience (refer to SECP TORs); Deputy Director — approximately 6 years; Assistant Director — approximately 3 years. Experience in cybersecurity assessments, CERT operations, incident response, vulnerability assessment, and related frameworks. Selection and posting level will depend on the candidate's credentials and SECP requirements. | Maximum age: Additional Joint Director — 45 years; Deputy Director — 40 years; Assistant Director — 35 years as of closing date for submission of applications. |
