Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division Ziarat invites sealed percentage-rate tenders (composite schedule of rates 2026, Government of Balochistan, amended up to date) from interested contractors/firms for the following works under BSDI Phase-III.

Eligibility & requirements: Contractors must have valid National Tax Number (NTN), Income Tax/Sales Tax registration, registration/clearance with Balochistan Revenue Authority where applicable, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category and discipline (PEC category and discipline specified for irrigation and water supply works). Firms must provide company/contractor name, year of establishment, postal address and telephone number, proof of past experience, PEC registration, and other documents as specified in the tender documents. Technical proposals must include affidavits, experience certificates, and other required supporting documents.
Tender conditions: Tender fee (non-refundable) is 2,000 PKR per package. Earnest money is 3% of the bid amount (as specified). Bids will be evaluated on the basis of rules and technical requirements; the procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bid validity: 90 days.
Submission and opening: Sealed tenders should be submitted to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division Ziarat. Deadline for submission is 2026-08-06 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day; interested bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening.
